About the Highland Shores Alliance

Here at the Highland Shores Alliance, we focus on the restoration, preservation and clean up of the shores of Lake Michigan in and around Berrien County Michigan through hands-on activities and other project. Since our beginnings in March 2023, we’ve been driven by the same mission we initially founded our Non-Profit Organization upon: Be the change, clean the shore.

We aim to not only provide a more enjoyable Lake Michigan experience for all of our neighbors but also foster a healthy ecosystem for local plants, wildlife and fish.
